so if you look at what's happening right now and how traditional media in particular newspapers for example are getting disrupted we are definitely losing a lot of great journalism in particular at local level in small communities and I think we all agree that that extremely important but I think from a policy standpoint you can't decide to the way you're going to sell that it's too fun what I believe is a failing business model I think you could decide to fund the content and let them best business model win in my opinion if you can pay a great reporter to go out and dig deep and report on important community stories then bring it into digital helps fund that type of content and digital because at the end of the day the reality is is that the reach of digital is now far beyond newsprint and so if we really believe that this is important to Canadian culture and small community and informing our communities then let the best business model win and help with the transition in between as traditional models are being disrupted also we're kind of like a startup company and so we're we're nimble and we're super lean so if you look at our operating model we've been built the ground up to be you know a new business built for this modern age so I think that's the start of it may be the easy answer I think where everyone else today is cutting back on local content we're passionate believers in community and in becoming this hub of community whether it's news or events or other types of information and so we keep investing and expanding in localized coverage where everyone else is kind of disappearing and so I think got the big part of it for us and I think if you look then deeper at the model I always like to use the phrase that we were born digital and so if you look at our whole team the makeup of it from sale q admin and finance and operations and the entire news team everyone here has a strong foundation of digital so we we act and we think and we just do things differently and I think it's difficult but I think we're finding ways to make that work and kind of blaze a trail and in our markets
