How to use Elementor's Menu Anchor Widget to Create One Page Websites on WordPress

hey youtubers this is Noah from Elementor today we'll go over the inker widget this widget makes creating one page a piece of cake as it does all the work for you all you have to do is insert the widget into the wanted area on your page and set its link as you can see on this page when I click on the get started button it Scrolls down all the way to the prices section now I'll show you how to set it we'll begin by clicking on the edit with Elementor button okay so what we want is that when the user clicks on this get started button the page Scrolls down all the way to here to do so we have to first insert the inker widget and drag it to the top of this section now once the anchors in its place you will see in its content area there's only one field the ID of menu anchor here you simply insert the anchors name prices note the anchors name should only be in English of course it goes without saying that the anchor widget is not visible to the users now it's time to set the anchors link you can insert it into any link field on your website including the WordPress menu for instance I want to insert the link into this button I just click on it and here you could see the link filled with the link let's erase it and insert the anchors name as a link now I'll just save the page and go to the page itself and here if you click on the get started button it Scrolls down now let's try it out in a WordPress menu will insert the anchor into the FAQ section this time let's search for that widget and drag it to the top of the FAQ section here we'll give its name we'll save the page and then we'll go to the menus area here we'll create a custom link with the anchors name as a link feq and give its text and add it alright let's save it and go back to our page now as you can see the FAQ was added to the menu let's click on it and here you go I hope you enjoyed this video for more videos and tutorials subscribe our youtube channel or visit us at docs.bmc.com

  1. I have problem when I place link on my Homepage to anchor, the mobile menu not close.
Please tell me how to slove it.

  2. How can I get a specific URL path for each anchor link with elementor? Lets say its also a one pager but I need the final URL also to be changed / displayed in the browser. e.g. @t. Even if I put the entire url in the menu (invidivuel links) the anchor works but the url is still the main one (www.url.com)

  3. If i use a anchor link navigation and visit the blog page how can i redirect to my startpage or to the section of the anchor link than when iam on another site for example blog page… the anchors dont redirect to the startpage thats a intressting question

  4. I am having an issue where it continues to redirect to the home page instead of the assigned link. Any suggestions?

  5. You need to add the absolute url or the link won't work when you are accessing it from another page –example: https://elementor.com#anchor would be the correct way to do it in the menu. Or at least that is what I had to do to make it work.

  6. Yeah! Great instructions! Short and to the point and works perfectly! That's what I have been looking for! Thanx a lot!!!
